At Langford Vets we want to make preventative health care easy and affordable, to help you give your pets the best care possible. We believe that prevention is better than cure, rather than waiting until a pet is ill and suffering to put things right. Early diagnosis of health problems will help your pet to live a long and healthy life.
TLC provides pet owners with the support they need to help their pets stay fit and healthy. It covers the regular treatments your pet needs throughout life. Members of TLC receive their annual health check and booster, monthly flea, tick treatment and worm treatments at a significant discount.
We have been able to provide this discount by enrolling members onto a monthly Direct Debit agreement, which means that we can purchase stock on a regular basis at the best prices and pass the discounts onto our clients. Members know what their monthly outgoings will be and don’t have to worry about paying for preventative health care at the time of visit as it will already be covered on the plan.
Throughout the year we run various promotions on all aspects of pet health care. TLC members will receive additional discounts to the promotion price so you will always be one step ahead.

Ending the Contract
You may cancel your Contract by contacting the AHC Ltd or your practice within the cancellation period, which is 14 days following the start of your contract. Following this period, you may end the Contract by giving not less than 21 days’ notice to your practice, expiring on the last day of the month. The practice may end the Contract by giving you written notice expiring on the last day of the month, after no less than one month’s notice. If you cancel at any time other than on an anniversary of joining the plan, your practice may charge you either the outstanding amount for treatment received, or the monthly payments due until the anniversary of your plan, whichever is lower.
