    Emily graduated from the University of the West of England in 2010 with a degree in Physiotherapy. She worked in musculoskeletal and care of the elderly settings for a few years before specialising in Veterinary Physiotherapy. Emily completed her MSc with the University of Liverpool in 2015 where she carried out a research project investigating biomechanical changes that occur during particular balance exercises in dogs. In 2014 she took up a position in Fitzpatrick Referrals where she was primarily involved in developing the inpatient rehabilitation service.

    Emily has a particular interest in neurorehabilitation and pain management and is looking forward to developing the rehabilitation services here at Langford.

    Jorge qualified from Leon, Spain, in 2013. Over the next eight years he combined general practice in Spain and the UK, with two rotating internships, one at a private referral hospital in Surrey and another at the University of Cambridge. In 2019, he completed the ESAVS post-graduate certificate in Small Animal Internal Medicine. Jorge finished his residency in small animal internal medicine at Langford Vets, University of Bristol, and became a diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Internal Medicine in early 2025.

    Esther qualified from the University of Murcia in Spain in 2015. After working in general practice in Glasgow for over a year, she moved to London to complete a Small Animal Rotating Internship at Southfield Veterinary Specialists. She then completed a specialty internship in Small Animal Internal Medicine at the University College Dublin Veterinary Hospital. Following this, she returned to the UK and joined Langford Vets as a junior clinician, followed by a Residency in Small Animal Internal Medicine, which she completed in January 2025. She is currently working as a Staff Clinician in Internal Medicine, and has a special interest in immune-mediated, haematological, and infectious diseases.
