I graduated from Bristol in 2023 and have been working in first opinion small animal practice since then where I developed an interest in medicine and ECC. Outside of work I enjoy spending time outside, in particular running and regularly volunteer with Streetvet in Bristol.

Katie studied Bioveterinary Sciences at the Royal Veterinary College before moving into a career in marketing and communications. Since then, she has worked across the charity, education, heritage, and veterinary sectors, helping organisations communicate more effectively with the people they serve.

Katie joined Langford Vets as Marketing Lead in 2026, where she supports marketing across a wide range of veterinary services and the Langford Academy, with a focus on audience growth, client engagement, and continuing professional development for veterinary professionals.

She enjoys the variety that marketing offers, from developing strategy and creating content to finding new ways to engage different audiences. Outside of work, Katie can usually be found walking her dogs in the countryside or planning her next trip.

Fergus graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2023 and spent two years working in a busy small animal practice in South Devon. He joined Langford following an internship at Eastcott Veterinary Referrals. Away from work he enjoys spending time in the countryside with his labrador or running and cycling. 

Josh recently graduated from the University of Bristol and has joined the team at Langford vets as a Nursing Rotating Intern. He has gained valuable experience during his placement year at small animal referral and first opinion hospitals, further developing his strong interest in clinical nursing and patient care.

Aysegul graduated from University of Bristol with a BSc(Hons) in Veterinary Nursing and Companion Animal Behaviour in July 2026. She has a keen interest in behaviour modification, anatomical sciences and wound care.

In her spare time, Aysegul enjoys drawing, crafting and is training as a decoy for working dogs. She has her own bite suit and is very keen to bridge the working dog world with the veterinary world!

Lily graduated from the University of Bristol in 2026 with a degree in Veterinary Nursing and Companion Animal Behaviour. Her university dissertation looked to understand the human perception of canine anxiety through body language and facial expressions as she has a particular interest in canine behaviour and using this understanding in practice. Through placements Lily has formed a love for patient care and anaesthesia and hopes to use the Langford Nursing Internship to develop these skills further. Outside of work, you will find her in the great outdoors hiking, camping, birdwatching or cycling.
