Alice Thomson
Rotating Intern
Alice qualified from the University of Bristol in 2023, having been part of the first year of the Accelerated Graduate Entry Programme, and with a previous degree in biological sciences from Oxford. Since graduating she has been working as a small animal vet at a hospital and general practice in the south west.
She especially enjoys medicine and emergency cases, and loves cats - particularly her rescue cat Miso, who is responsible for her becoming a cat person.
Away from work she’s likely to be found outdoors in some form (cycling, running, hiking) or with a good book and her feline friend.
She is looking forward to contributing to the hospital as a rotating intern, and meeting the wonderful pets and owners!
