William joined Langford Vets in 2025, bringing a mix of creativity, digital know-how, and a passion for storytelling to the team.

With a First-Class degree in Communications and Marketing and a CIM Level 4 qualification in Professional Marketing, he’s spent the past few years crafting engaging content, managing social media communities, and leading digital campaigns across various industries.

At Langford Vets, William is focused on bringing the brand to life - showcasing the incredible work of the veterinary teams, engaging clients, and making sure every piece of content feels fresh, informative, and impactful. Whether it’s writing compelling copy, capturing the perfect shot, or designing eye-catching visuals, he’s always looking for new ways to connect with audiences.

Rachel has joined Langford Vets as  Facilities and Compliance Administration Assistant. She has previously held a variety of administrative support roles and has worked as a Facilities Administrator for a local college.

In her spare time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and getting outdoors for long walks with her dog.
