Senior Veterinary Anaesthetist
Bruna graduated from the Veterinary University of Naples, Italy, in 2005 and spent the following years working as a Clinical Anaesthetist in the Small Animals' Hospital. She obtained a PhD in Small Animal Anaesthesia in 2009, and then a three year scholarship in Veterinary Anaesthesia at the University of Naples, cooperating in the training of ungraduated and graduated students. In 2015 she moved to Vetagro-Sup, University of Lyon, France, to attend an ECVAA residency program. She joined Langford Vets as a Staff Clinician in Veterinary Anaesthesia at the end of the 2018.
Bruna is interested in many aspects of veterinary anaesthesia, especially loco regional anaesthetic techniques and equine anaesthesia.

Leo graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2015. He spent three enjoyable years in small animal first-opinion practice in Reading before completing a rotating internship at Langford Vets Small Animal Hospital, University of Bristol. He then worked for a year in a busy emergency out-of-hours clinic in Bristol, followed by a six-month return to first-opinion practice in Devon.In 2021, Leo returned to Langford Vets Small Animal Hospital to commence an internal medicine residency, becoming a Diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Internal Medicine in 2025. Following completion of his residency, he remained at Langford Vets, initially as a Staff Clinician and now as a Senior Clinician in Small Animal Internal Medicine.Leo particularly enjoys acute medicine and has a keen interest in endoscopy. His clinical interests include pulmonology, aerodigestive disorders, immunology (notably immune-mediated polyarthritis), and infectious diseases. He is passionate about teaching and enjoys supporting the undergraduate students as they pass through internal medicine during their clinical rotations.Specialist in Small Animal Medicine
