Our Team Langford Vets encourages a community spirit and excellent learning opportunities.

Gemma joined the admin team at Langford in 2004, after gaining her first class honours degree in Textile Design. She quickly established herself as the "go to" person for many a veterinary research project and ensured that customer focus was always key.

Gemma spent 14 years working in our fast-paced Small Animal Referral Hospital before making the leap to the marketing team in 2018. She has progressed through Marketing team including an 18-month secondment as Marketing Manager. Working alongside an external agency, Gemma coordinated Langford Vets through the discovery, design, rebuild and development of our new website in 2024, leading to her new role in 2025 as Digital and Content Manager.

Her knowledge of the business as a whole enables her to support all of Langford Vets five business areas and showcase the outstanding capabilities of each. Gemma completed CIM Level 4 Certificate in Professional Digital Marketing in 2022, gaining a distinction for her efforts.
