- Offer flexibility that considers each owner’s individual circumstances
- Ensure transparency in pricing based on actual needs, not assumptions
We believe this change will allow us to deliver care that is tailored to be more personal and effective for every pet - both clinically and financially.
We’ll still retain fixed pricing for a few key procedures where standardisation is clinically and logistically beneficial, including some standard orthopaedic and neurosurgery procedures and radioiodine treatment.
