At a time of great emotional distress I was treated with nothing but kindness, respect and understanding. It’s always hard to leave your beloved animal for investigative procedures but I drove home without my dog and I was strangely calm. I just sensed and knew that my dog was in the best hands. I had instant confidence in the hospital and wonderful staff even though this was my first ever visit to Langford.

On each occasion the vets at the Feline Centre have been extremely friendly, capable and informative throughout the entire set of treatments.
