Oncology Clinician (4 days per week)

Oncology Clinician (4 days per week)

We’re looking for our next oncology senior…could it be you?

Our oncology team is growing and we’re looking for an MRCVS who is an oncology or medicine diplomate, or perhaps just an exam away.

We have a brilliant team of committed and talented people, this flexible post offers great work life balance with no out of hours expectation (though if you’d like to join the wider medicine team out of hours then we’d love to help you with that too). We are looking for an experienced clinician, but we are also able to support a developing interest in this area of small animal medicine.

We are part of the University of Bristol so teaching and learning is part of the fabric of our company, being keen to learn and happy to share your knowledge with others is an essential part of life here and we believe it helps us all to keep learning and pushing ourselves to grow. As part of a multi-disciplinary referral hospital there is daily contact with a huge array of diplomates across all areas, we also benefit from a close relationship with our specialist imagers, soft tissue surgeons and critical care team who help us to excel in what we do by providing the support to compliment our skills.

Working at Langford Vets means that you are in a beautiful campus in rural Somerset, but within easy access of the bright lights of Bristol making a country or city lifestyle entirely possible. We have an on-site gym, café, pension scheme and Bupa care package that you would expect but more than that we offer a working environment that is busy and exciting while allowing time for a life beyond work.

We are a positive team who are passionate about our patients and positive about people power, if you think you’d fit the bill please contact Sara Gould at sg16003@bristol.ac.uk for an informal enquiry and the opportunity to come and meet us.

If you can’t wait to apply please don’t hesitate to fill in our application form and send to Tina Pierson, HR Advisor tina.pierson@bristol.ac.uk.
