Ninja Nurse (Hospital)

Ninja Nurse (Hospital)

We are expanding our veterinary nursing team at Langford Vets and have THREE NEW NINJA NURSE ROLES available!

These 3 ninja nurse roles will rotate around some key areas of the hospital; medicine wards, surgery/neurology ward and theatre on weekly rotations. They will be moved around, including other areas of the hospital such as; feline, ICU, specific service nurse roles, depending on clinics and staffing.

These roles give the successful candidates an opportunity to explore the referral hospital and expand on referral experience and knowledge. We are looking for dynamic and hard-working nurses who are willing to move around the hospital, under the direction of the Nursing Manager and Head Nurse team. These roles would be ideal for someone that is wanting to work in the referral setting without selecting one specialism.

You will also be involved with teaching and supervision of Veterinary and Veterinary Nursing undergraduates on clinical rotations.

We are ideally looking for a nurse with at least 1-years’ experience as a qualified nurse.

Previous experience in a referral environment is desirable but not essential.

Flexibility will be necessary as the post will require participation in the OOH rota, to include some weekend work.

We offer a competitive salary, generous pension scheme, 5 weeks holiday per year plus Bank Holidays, Bupa Benefit, employee discounts and inclusion on external discount schemes as an employee of Langford Vets.

Closing date: Friday 28 February 2020
