Langford Vets is looking for a Human Resources Manager to lead our HR team in providing total HR support to the Company, which consists of a team of almost 250 employees across the divisions.
Your new role:
Reporting to the Chief Financial and Commercial Officer, you will lead the Langford Vets HR team, which consists of a Senior HR Advisor and HR Advisor. You will lead the team to provide support and guidance to managers, team leaders and employees on all aspects of Human Resources policy and procedure, covering all aspects of the Human Resources function. You will provide coaching and support to the management team in all aspects of people management and lead key strategic HR initiatives including focusing on employee engagement and human capital management in alignment with the strategic aims of the business.
What you’ll need to succeed;
You must have proven experience as an HR professional at a similar level and be CIPD qualified. You will be passionate about adding value to the business through people management. You will be an excellent listener and communicator, enabling you to provide clear options and guidance, with empathy and care in all situations. You will be capable of thinking strategically to align the Company HR strategy with the overall Company strategy.
