Kali graduated from the University of Veterinary Medicine Hanover (Germany) in 2009. She then completed a Rotating Internship at the Small Animal Clinic of the Free University Berlin, where she continued doing clinical work and research in Neurology until 2015. She was awarded a doctorate degree for her research on inflammatory CNS disease in 2014. She completed a Residency in Veterinary Neurology at the University of Glasgow from 2015 to 2019 and was awarded her European Diploma in Veterinary Neurology in 2018. Her main research interest is inflammatory brain disease.
