Senior Clinical Training Scholar in Small Animal Neurology and Neurosurgery

Emma graduated from the University of Bristol in 2013 and then spent a year working in a busy hospital near Bath. Emma then returned to Langford Vets to complete a one year rotating internship in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery where she consolidated her interest in neurology and started in July 2015 as a resident in Neurology and Neurosurgery.

She had a strong interest in generalised neuromuscular disorders and spinal surgery. She is currently authoring papers on polyradiculoneuritis in dogs.

Emma has two naughty kittens called Hiccup and Moose. She enjoys playing the piano and writing music in her spare time and skiing or snowboarding whenever she gets the chance.
