From the 6th of April 2016, all dogs in the UK must be microchipped and registered to an approved database by the time they are eight weeks old.
For every dog that is currently not microchipped, you will have until 6th of April to get them microchipped and registered on an approved database. Failure to do so may result in a fine of up to £500 for the owner.

This year Langford Veterinary Services has invested over £140,000 in new equipment for molecular diagnostic and genetic testing.
