HOW TO REFER A HORSE TO THE CENTRE

Call 0117 928 9621/9620 between the hours of 09:00 and 17.00 A letter or fax on headed notepaper, signed by the veterinary surgeon, is required as soon as possible after the initial call and certainly before the patient is seen. It should give details of the case with relevant reports, test results and authorisation to investigate.

Once contact is established, we will deal directly with the client to find a mutually-suitable appointment time.
