Small Animal Practice Tour
Our reception area is large and there is plenty of seating while you are waiting to be seen, our friendly receptionists will greet you when you arrive and enter you as arrived so the vets know you are waiting.
You will be invited into one of our 5 consulting rooms for your appointment by one of our final year veterinary students to begin your consultation.
We have a dedicated theatre within the clinic and the use of the hospital facilities on the referral side to take the best care of your pet when they are in with us.
There are 4 separate wards within the small animal practice to hospitalise your pet if they come in for any reason, a quiet cat ward and a larger dog ward. We also have a dedicated rabbit ward with a regulated temperature for their comfort and a very special bird and reptile ward with temperature regulated vivariums and glass fronted units.
We also have an area where we do our ward rounds for the day at 8.45am and 3.45pm so our cases are discussed in an open forum and our students become involved in the decisions we make. We also have a Teaching Room that allows seminars to take place and more directed learning.
